An endocytic Prk-ing brake

Endocytosis is a major entryway into eukaryotic cells. In yeast and mammalian cells, the main types of endocytic vesicles are generated by recruitment of coat components and accessory factors that promote membrane curvature, cargo collection and finally vesicle release.
