Caveolae on the move
Abstract
Lipid rafts and caveolae have attracted significant attention as foci for signalling events at the plasma membrane and as mediators of protein sorting in the Golgi complex. Caveolae are membrane domains that are enriched in GPI-linked proteins, glycosphingolipids, cholesterol and caveolin proteins.
