PLC fills a GAP in G-protein-coupled signalling
Abstract
An emerging theme in G-protein-coupled signalling is that effectors for G proteins, such as phospholipase C-|[bgr]|, also function as GTPase-activating proteins. Such dual roles may contribute to high temporal resolution in G-protein-coupled signalling cascades.
