One hit, two outcomes for VHL-mediated tumorigenesis
Abstract
Research over the last fifteen years has shown that activation of the Wnt signalling pathway component β-catenin can cause cancer. β-Catenin is a transcription factor that activates several target genes involved in tumorigenesis.
