Abstracts for Poster Presentation and Oral Presentation

POSTER DEADLINE is NOVEMBER 1, 2006

However, late posters will be accepted for presentation and publication up to December 27, 2006. Short Reports for posters are the same as an abstract. We give you 2-pages instead of the usual 1-page for your Report, see instructions below. These Reports will be published on-line by the Symposium and will remain on-line indefinitely. Short oral presentations of 15 minutes in length will be selected from the Short Reports as part of the Symposium program presentations. Only Reports received by the deadline will be considered for short oral presentation.

There will be a poster competition for postdocs and students.

Posters will be judged each day and a winner will be selected for a cash prize.

Instructions for preparing your Short Report can be found below. Late poster entries will be accepted and placed on-line but cannot be considered for short oral presentation in the program. (Deadline for late posters is December 27, 2006)

Short Reports are an Extended Abstract. The Symposium Organizers have given you more space in which to present your work in print and on-line. Instead of the usual 1-page, we have given you 2-pages to report your research as an essentially complete and citable, retrievable publication. Please follow the instructions.

DEADLINE is NOVEMBER 1, 2006 but...

After this deadline date, papers will be accepted for poster presentation and for on-line publication, but not for short oral presentation within the program. (Deadline for late posters is December 27, 2006)

The Symposium proceedings will be published on-line by January 2007. The Reports will be published on the Internet and will offer unlimited use of color. The proceedings will be accessible and available indefinitely.
