Abstract
Metazoan genomes encode hundreds of RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) but RNA-binding preferences for relatively few RBPs have been well defined. Current techniques for determining RNA targets, including in vitro selection and RNA co-immunoprecipitation, require significant time and labor investment.
