A new path to the cancer epigenome
Abstract
As we learn more about the role of chromatin structure and function in cancer, the ability to treat tumors by targeting epigenetic processes is fast becoming a reality. In a recent issue of Nature, Han et al. find a new chromatin-organizing protein associated with the progression of breast cancer.
