Response to Predicting disease outcomes in the clinic
Abstract
Thomas Lengauer, Oliver Sander, Saleta Sierra, Alexander Thielen & Rolf Kaiser respond: We are grateful to Mark Jensen for pointing out clinical issues relevant to experimentally testing or computationally inferring viral co-receptor usage. By and large, we agree with Jensen's points, although we would like to add some caveats.
