Response to Do amniotic fluid|[ndash]|derived stem cells differentiate into neurons in vitro?

The goal of our report in Nature Biotechnology was to demonstrate that stem cells isolated from amniotic fluid are capable of self-renewal and of differentiation toward lineage pathways corresponding to the three embryonic germ layers.
