How does it Work?
These ads are strategically placed at the top of the search results page, just below the search input field to ensure high visibility. To ensure that your listing is prominently displayed, we will only display two jobs in the spotlight search results at a time.
Your spotlighted job will appear when your ad matches the job seeker's search criteria. If more than two jobs meet the search criteria with the spotlight upgrade, the results will rotate randomly through these jobs.
A spotlight ad will also always appear in the main search results section even if it is spotlighted.
