Description
Systems Engineer (CITRIX/ESX) – Ref NJ 13491
Main Responsibilities:
• Monitoring daily reports, alerts and failure notices and responding as necessary
• Troubleshoot CITRIX and ESX issues and escalating as appropriate
• CITRIX and ESX installation and capacity expansion
• Monitoring media usage
• Maintaining support and management documentation
Required experience:
• Strong practical experience of either CITRIX or ESX in a global corporate environment plus good knowledge of the other technology
• Windows 2000/2003 administration
• Experience of Failover and Clustering technology (DMP, VCS, MSCS)
• Sound working knowledge of Windows 2000/XP, MS Office package and Lotus Notes
• Fluent in English (knowledge of German and/or French would be an asset)
