Research Investigator–Screening (Job ID: 29721BR)
You are a highly-motivated team player who will be managing a laboratory and personnel responsible for enzyme assay development, compound screening assays and enzyme inhibitor characterization.
You should have a PhD in Biochemistry or a related discipline with at least 2 years' postdoctoral or industry drug discovery experience. Experience in developing biochemical assays and enzymology is essential and experience in managing staff would be advantageous.
Research Investigator – Dengue (Job ID: 29833BR)
You are a highly-motivated team player who has a good track record in biological chemistry, specifically in the areas of enzymology and structural biology and will lead one of the laboratories within the Dengue Unit. You will work closely with medicinal chemists, chem-informatics specialists and pharmacologists to find new antiviral compounds and conduct studies to reveal the mechanism of action of inhibitors on various targets.
You should have a PhD in Biochemistry or a related discipline with at least 2 years' postdoctoral or industry drug discovery experience. Expertise in enzymology and structural biology is essential while experience in managing technical staff would be advantageous.
A good command of the English language as well as competency in presentation and writing skills are important prerequisites for both positions. Relocation assistance will be provided for foreign hires.
