*SENIOR ACADEMIC POSITIONS IN PARASITOLOGY*

The Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM), led by Professor Janet Hemingway, is an international postgraduate centre of excellence. LSTM is looking to strengthen and expand its successful Molecular and Biochemical Parasitology Group through the appointment of a new academic posts.

*Professor/Reader in Parasitology*

*Ref: 755*

You will be internationally renowned experts in a relevant field of parasitology with a preference for Neglected Tropical Diseases helminths (filariasis, geo-helminths and schistosomiasis) and/or malaria. You will be expected to develop your own independently funded research group, and to contribute to LSTM's teaching programmes, administration and strategic planning. Job title and salary will be dependent on experience.

Starting dates will be by negotiation, but a post are available from January 2010.
