2. Qualifications:
A： The candidates must hold a PhD degree, and must be under 45 years old.
    B： Four years of overseas research experience after obtaining the PhD degree. Experience of assistant professor or the equivalent is preferred.
    C. A well-established research track record including minimum of three peer-reviewed high-quality journal papers, patents, as well as participation in a complete research project as a principle investigator.
    D. International recognition in the academic community, demonstrated ability of in developing new research directions, and ability of leading a research team to conduct innovative and cutting-edge research.
    F. Commitment to Chinese scientific and technological development.
3．Salary 
Upon signing a three-year contract with the institute, you will receive a research funding up to two million RMB over the term of the contract. A competitive salary is paid, along with benefits and medical insurance. The institute also provides laboratory facilities, assistants, and apartment. Please contact us for more details.
