· Progress chasing to ensure critical events occur on the day required.
· Preparing detailed production schedules with Product Leaders for priority products to meet specific delivery dates or prevent backorders.
· Responsible for familiarising and complying with all health, safety and environmental rules, policies, procedures and any other instructions relevant to working within their area of the Company.
· To create and amend product structures and routing instructions according to new product and change note requirements using the implementation of Effectivity dates
· To set redundant items to Obsolete in accordance with the Change Note system.
· Track and co-ordinate the implementation of change notes and the products they affect. Also raise any NCR's for implementing BOM changes before change note implementation.
· Any other duties/projects as are reasonable and within the skills and ability of the post-holder.


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

· Educated to at least 'A' level standard or equivalent.
· Previous experience within a planning office environment is essential.
· Previous experience spent working in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, food or related industry sector is essential.
· Familiarity with procedures in a laboratory, QA or Manufacturing Services environment, and a knowledge of IT systems (e.g. SAP), to enable the progression of issues throughout the factory is also required.

This innovative company is currently seeking Project managers from the Clinical Data, IT or related industries to work as Data Project managers. As the Clinical Data Project Manager you play an integral role in the Study Delivery Team, managing the coordination and execution of all assigned Clinical data management activities. As the Clinical Data project manager your technical duties will include: developing clinical data management documents, including data management plans and validation specifications.

Successful candidates should have a Bsc in a life science/computing related discipline. Ideally you should have 2 years + experience working as a Project Manager within the drugs development industry or other related technical industry. The companies Study Delivery group are delivering paper and EDC studies, EDC experience would be a real advantage.
