The European Career Fair (ECF) @ MIT is an annual recruiting event that connects the top echelon of employers from Europe with the most talented candidates that live in the US. Being the largest career fair of its kind in the US, in 2009 the event attracted more than 110 companies and saw over 4000 candidates. The European Commission is partnering with the ECF since 2007 to promote Europe as a great place to pursue a career in science and technology, be it in industrial research, research organizations, academia or science policy.
