Your registration to the Conference will cover:
- -Access to all sessions
- -Admission to the poster sessions
- -Breakfast, lunch, and evening receptions during the conference.
- -Conference dinner on Monday night
- -Abstract book
Registration fee does not include lodging.
Guest Tickets for Evening Social Events - Advance Purchase Deadline: Thursday, March 12. On-site tickets available only if space allows.
Guests of registered attendees may attend the evening social events with purchase of event tickets as noted below.
These may be added to your registration package by completing and returning the attached downloadable form.

Visa and passport requirements
Please check the visa, passport and entry requirements for visiting Singapore. Please note that in some cases the visa process may take up to 3 months.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations on or before February 19, 2009 the registration fee will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. Refunds will be sent by check through the post. No refunds will be honored after this date.
