Rates and Information: Hotel rates quoted in Singapore dollars. Rooms have been reserved from Friday, March 20 through Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at the special meeting rate of S$320.00 + taxes (S$376.70 net) single or double occupancy. The rate includes a 10% service charge and a 7% GST tax. Rates do not include any meals. For additional persons staying in the room, a fee of S$75 + taxes (S$88.30 net) per person per day will apply. The rates are in effect 2 days prior to the meeting and 2 days after the meeting. If you plan to stay outside of these dates, you will be subject to availability and rates/charges to be determined by the Hotel.

Deposits: A deposit in the amount of S$320.00 + taxes (S$376.70 net) (equal to one night's rate) is required to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. To obtain the special meeting rates, make your reservation early.
Cancellation: There is no penalty if you cancel your reservation prior to February 20, 2009. If you cancel between the dates of February 20 and March 6, 2009, your full deposit of S$320.00 + taxes (S$376.70 net) will be forfeited. Cancellations, no-shows and shortening of stay received after March 6, 2009 will be charged for the entire length of the period booked.
Hotel Confirmations: Confirmation will be faxed or e-mailed to you from the hotel (upon completion of your reservation). If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 weeks, please call the hotel directly at the number listed above. Check-in time is at 1400 hours. Check-out time is at 1200 hours.
