Abundances are relative to H2. Abundances and source sizes were derived by modelling the line profiles, assuming an appropriate geometry and mass loss rate. In almost all cases, at least two transitions were simultaneously fitted to establish abundances. Collisional excitation was assumed. See Supplementary Information for details.
