Analysis of 'downhill' protein folding; Analysis of protein-folding cooperativity (Reply)

Abstract

Ferguson et al.1 and Zhou and Bai2 criticize the quality of our nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) data and atom-by-atom analysis of global 'downhill' folding3, also claiming that the data are compatible with two-state folding.
