Abstract
The cheerful leaves of the poinsettia could be hiding an unwelcome visitor this festive season. Rex Dalton goes in search of the whitefly, a potentially devastating pest.
For many Americans, the festive season is hardly seasonal without a centrepiece of poinsettias. But for some entomologists the annual flood of red foliage is not such a welcome sight.
