Reduction of human and mouse apoB mRNA levels in mice transgenic for human apoB that received saline (n = 8), chol-mismatch-siRNA (n = 8) and chol-apoB-1-siRNA (n = 8). Statistical analysis was by ANOVA with Bonferroni post-hoc t-test, one-tailed. Asterisk, P < 0.0001 compared with saline and chol-mismatch-siRNA control animals.
