Aurora, the European Space Agency's planetary exploration programme, may find itself in difficulties as France and Germany proved reluctant to support it last week.Representatives of the agency's member states, meeting in Paris, heard that it had obtained commitments of between euro dollar25 million (US$31 million) and euro dollar30 million.
