chemokines at the indicated amounts for 6 h. Cells were pre-incubated
with 200 ng ml-1 PTX or an equal volume of buffer
for 2 h and then incubated with BLC (3

-1) for a further 6 h (b), incubated in SLC, ELC or
BLC at 3 g ml-1 or SDF1 at 1 g ml
