Iraq puts cat among pigeons
Abstract
The arrest ten days ago of four would-be smugglers of bomb-making equipment, allegedly to Iraq, may mean more or less than is supposed, or is put about by interested parties. Yet nuclear proliferation deserves more worry than it gets.
