Biological Sciences: RNA-dependent DNA Polymerase from E. coli: an Effect produced by Traces of Added DNA

WITH an enzyme from Escherichia coli containing both DNA and RNA dependent DNA polymerase activities, we have found that RNA and DNA together have a synergistic effect on DNA synthesis.
