Biological Sciences: RNA-dependent DNA Polymerase from E. coli: an Effect produced by Traces of Added DNA LIEBE F. CAVALIERI & ELIZABETH CARROLL

WITH an enzyme from Escherichia coli containing both DNA and RNA dependent DNA polymerase activities, we have found that RNA and DNA together have a synergistic effect on DNA synthesis.
