Transfer RNA Methylases and Cancer VALDA M. CRADDOCK

There is much evidence to suggest that tRNA methylases in tumours differ from the enzymes in normal tissues. The experimental basis and possible significance of the changes in activity and in specificity of these enzymes are discussed in this article.
