Acoustic Velocity Dispersion in some Non-associated Organic Liquids

Abstract

OPTICAL-SCATTERING techniques depending on the Brillouin effect1 enable measurements of acoustic velocity to be made at frequencies above the conventional ultrasonic range, namely, above 109 c/s.
