Abstract
A MODIFICATION of the method described by Weissbach, Waalkes and Udenfriend1 has been used for estimating the concentration of 5-hydroxyindoles in human cerebrospinal fluid. This is an estimation by fluorescence after protein precipitation using zinc hydroxide.
