Through collaborations with consortium scientists, Agilent has constructed tiled microarrays that target ENCODE regions. As a result, we now offer the Human ENCODE ChIP-on-chip Microarray, specifically designed for human DNA binding protein location analysis (>153,000 probes targeting ENCODE regions of chromosomes 1-22), the 244K Human Promoter ChIP-on-chip Microarray Set (17,000 promoters of best defined RefSeq genes), and high-resolution custom microarrays based on our database of over 14 million probes covering the entire human genome.
