Passive Haemagglutination Test for Anti-rhinovirus Antibodies

Abstract

The use of chromic chloride as a coupling reagent has made it possible to coat red cells with rhinovirus protein. This is shown by immunofluorescence, electron microscopy and immunocolloidal experiments.
