Western blotting demonstrating expression of yCD/mutTKSR39 and ADP proteins. (A) The blot was probed with a mixture of polyclonal antibodies to yCD and bCD. The positions of the 17-kDa yCD, 59-kDa yCD/mutTKSR39, and 88-kDa bCD/wtTK fusion proteins are indicated. The yCD/mutTKSR39 fusion protein is susceptible to proteolysis between the yCD and the mutTKSR39 moieties and the yCD moiety is detected. Ad5-yCD is a replication-competent adenovirus containing only the yCD gene in the E1 region. (B) The blot was probed with an antibody to ADP. The position of the 11.6-kDa ADP protein is indicated.
