Video lapse confocal cinematography of ARSA-GFP movement in transduced hippocampal granule neurons. Hipocampal slices form MLD mice were cultured after lentiviral ARSA-GFP transduction and consecutive confocal images were collected every 5 minutes for up to 2 h. The images served to reconstruct a movie in which we can observe the movement of ARSA-GFP flourescent vesicles within the cytoplasm and towards the cellular process (arrows). We have digitally added a manual tracking line-dot to allow a better visualization of the movement.
