Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG)

Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is a vector graphics language written in XML. It is a standard representation of two dimensional graphs that use vectors. The graphics are coded directly into an XML document. The SVG images are scalable and will adjust in size and resolution according to the window display without loss in quality. SVG is a World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) recommendation. For more information about SVG please visit here.

To view the SVG image online you will need to have installed a plug-in such as the Adobe SVG Viewer. Click here to download the Adobe plugin. There are also future development plans for Mozilla and Microsoft to provide full SVG support in the browser.
