Policies
Over the last few years, NPG has separated institutional print and online/site license subscription options to all journals, included Nature branded and NPG's academic and society journals. This change aims to provide customers with a more consistent purchasing policy across the NPG journal collection. It offers the flexibility to select the media most appropriate to institutional budgets and content usage patterns.
Calendar-based subscriptions
(Non-Nature branded journals)
All print subscriptions to non-Nature branded journals (with the exception of BDJ (British Dental Journal)) are accepted and entered on a complete volume basis. Subscriptions commence with the first issue of the current year and expire in December with any print issues already published sent on receipt of payment.

Checking up on an order
When an online order has been successfully logged, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirming your order details, and a unique order number to use in future correspondence.
If you do not receive this email, then we have not received your order. If you are worried that your computer has failed to connect, e-mail us at the relevant address below and we will let you know whether we have received your order.
In the event of a software error, there is no need to worry. All that has happened is that your computer has failed to connect successfully with our web server. There is not a lost copy of your order details out in the Internet looking for our server.
If it has been more than five weeks since you've placed an order through other means such as the mail, contact print subscription services to find out the status of your order.
