Adding content to your license agreement

Additional content can be added to your site license at any time. Simply consult your sales representative on the following points:

  • Identify the additional content your institution is interested in.
  • Verify that all the details in your signed license agreement remain the same, e.g. FTE size.
  • Ask for a price quote.
  • Complete and sign an addendum.

When adding new publications mid-term in your agreement, you can ask for pro-rate pricing to bring all of your subscriptions in line.

Adding content to your site license administration account

It is your responsibility to activate licensed content.

NPG will send a confirmation e-mail within three working days of completing your sales transaction, containing the license ID(s) for the new publication(s).

Log into your site license administration account.

Select the tab for 'Licenses'.

Enter the license ID from all emails sent by NPG to activate the associated content.
