Effect of VEGF on fetal wound vascularity and scarring. Immunohistochemical staining for PECAM was used to identify blood vessels in wounds generated at E15 that had been injected with either PBS (a) or 0.1 mug rmVEGF164 (b), 10 days post-wounding.
