Wild-type mice treated with nonspecific IgG (wild type), beta2 microglobulin knockout mice treated with anti-asialoGM1 (beta2MKO/alphaAsGM1), CD8alpha knockout mice treated with anti-asialoGM1 (CD8KO/alphaAsGM1) and wild-type mice treated with anti-CD8alpha and asialoGM1 (alphaCD8/alphaAsGM1) underwent CLP. Survival was monitored every 12 h. n=8–12 mice/group.
