 PMN (2 times 106/ml) were preincubated with or without CHX and then stimulated for 24 h at 37°C in the presence of LPS+IL-12+IL-15 or in medium alone. IFNitalic gamma was assayed in the cell-free supernatants. Results are expressed as the meansplusminuss.e.m. of three experiments.
