RT-PCR analysis of prostatic epithelial and stromal cells and carcinoma cell lines using lymphokine receptor-specific primer. cDNA of 15 PSC clones, six benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) epithelial cell (EC) preparations, DU-145, LNCaP, and PC3 were analyzed using 35 cycles of RT-PCR and intron-spanning primer.
