DHA content of the brain and liver phospholipids. Brain and liver of PEX5-/- pups (open bars) and control pups (PEX5+/- and PEX5+/+) (closed bars) from untreated and DHA-EE–treated mothers were extracted, and DHA was quantified in the phospholipid fraction.
