Effect of TNFsRp55 (10 mg/kg IP) on renal function in wild-type mice. Mice were pretreated with TNFsRp55 for one hour before the administration of 5 mg/kg intraperitoneal endotoxin. GFR (A) and RPF (B) were determined 16 hours thereafter. Data are expressed as mean plusminus SEM, N = 6. *P < 0.05 vs. Control; §P < 0.05 vs. LPS, by ANOVA.
