Weight changes during the experiment. The values in untreated rats () and the values in MMF-treated rats () are not statistically different at any time interval. The weight in both groups of experimental rats diminished during the angiotensin infusion (period a: P < 0.001 vs. each previous week) and increased afterward (period b: P < 0.001 vs. each previous week after week 2), without reaching the 95% CI of the weight in control rats. Data are mean plusminus SD.
