Cn, calcineurin; Trl, Tacrolimus.
1 Fibroblasts and keratinocytes originating from one donor and keratinocytes and melanocytes originating from a second donor. Measurements were performed in duplicate cultures for donor 1 and single cultures for donor 2. Incubations were performed for 24 h with 124 nM Trl. Keratinocytes were grown in Fei medium.
2 The percentage (% ) activity compared to untreated control.
