Production of ROS and H2O2 in NF and KF. The rates of production of (a) ROS and (b) H2O2 were significantly higher in NF compared with KF. The antioxidants, Trolox and/or ascorbate, at final concentration of 50 mu M reduced the production of ROS and H2O2.
