 No differences were seen in physiologic variables between nNOS versus WT animals of either gender at 90 mins of ischemia (below) or during reperfusion (not shown). HCO3; bicarbonate, Hg; hemoglobin. All measurements were within physiologic range (plusminuss.d.).
