Lane marked M contains PCR products from pure fungal cultures: I=Rhizoctonia solani AG2-2IIIB, II=Trichoderma gamsii AT1-2-4, III=Verticillium dahliae V25, IV=T. cerinum G1/9 and T. viride G3/2, and V=T. cerinum G1/9.
