a The weight-for-length percentiles were used to classify children 6 and 12 months old and 1–2 years old as 'overweight' (greater than or equal to95th percentile), while children 2–5 years old were classified as 'at risk of overweight' (greater than or equal to85th and <95th percentile) and 'overweight' (greater than or equal to95th percentile) using the BMI-for-age percentiles.
