Formation of a SOS/Grb2/FRS2 complex in response to PFR1 stimulation. Rat phaeochromocytoma (PC12) cells expressing PFR1 were incubated at 37 °C with 30 ng/mL platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) for 10 min. One thousand mug of lysate was incubated with anti-SOS antisera (a) or p13suc agarose (b), precipitates collected and subjected to 7.5% SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting. The top panels were probed with anti-SOS antibodies, the middle with anti-phosphotyrosine antibody, and the bottom with anti-Grb2 antibody.
