Braden Kuo, M.D.
Dr Kuo is Instructor of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, Assistant Physician, Gastroenterology Unit and Director of the Gastrointestinal Motility Laboratory at Massachusetts General Hospital. He received his M.D. from Jefferson Medical School and following residency training at the University of Texas Southwestern, completed his fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. His clinical work is specialized in GI Motility and Functional GI disorders and he has an active research lab investigating these clinical issues. His group focuses on brain gut interactions utilizing functional brain imaging, with funding from the NIH and the American Gastroenterology Association. He also conducts clinical trials in GI dysmotility and functional GI diseases such as dyspepsia, gastroparesis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, constipation, and irritable bowel syndrome.
